  • How to use Cash Self Service

    Making a deposit

    1. Log on to the CSS online system using your unique log in name and password
    2. Complete an online cash request
    3. Bank/Cash Centre will confirm order received
    4. Bank/Cash Centre will process transaction and you will receive notification thereof
    5. Bank/Cash Centre will put the money in a stop-loss bag
    6. Pick-up/drop-off will be done following your pre-arranged schedule

    Making a cash request

    1. Logs onto the CSS online system using your unique log in name and password, for example, to do a cash request
    2. Complete online cash request
    3. Bank/Cash Centre will confirm order received
    4. Bank/Cash Centre will process transaction and you will receive notification thereof
    5. Absa/Cash Centre will put the money in a stop-loss bag
    6. Pick-up/drop-off will be done in accordance with your pre-arranged schedule
