Who qualifies?

  • What you get

    • Access funds from your home loan with a Further Advance or Re-Advance
    • Structure your loan on a Multiplan (secondary) account over a shorter term:
      • Multi-plan allows you to structure the home loan into multiple accounts: a primary account linked to a secondary account to suit your needs and is unique to Absa.
    • You have the option between taking up a loan of up to R300 000 over 5 or 7 years.

  • Absa Solar and Energy Finance Loan

    • Qualify for a 0.20% Absa Solar Loan concession on your variable interest rate for a solar solution, you must:
      • Structure your Absa Solar and Energy Finance Loan on a Multiplan account over a term of up to 7 years
      • Loan amount should not exceed R300 000 through either a Further Advance or a Re-Advance

  • Bounce Back Energy Loan

    • To qualify for a 0.50% Bounce Back Energy Loan concession on your variable interest rate for a solar solution, you must:
      • Structure your Bounce Back Energy Loan on a Multiplan account over a loan term of up to 5 years
      • Loan amount should not exceed R300 000 through either a Further Advance or a Re-Advance
    • The Bounce Back energy loan Scheme is valid until 31 March 2025.
