  • What you need to do

    Step 1. Complete the forex delivery form detailing the required product(s), currency and amount

    Step 2. Email the completed and signed forex delivery form with your ID, Passport and travel itinerary to FXdeliveries@absa.africa

    Step 3.     FX Delivery team will contact you to confirm all the details and validate your request

    Step 4. Your request will be processed at the current exchange rate and your Absa transactional account* will be debited with the corresponding Rand value (incl. commission and VAT) and associated delivery cost

    Step 5. If you place your order before 12pm (Monday to Friday) you will get your foreign currency the following business day. Orders placed after 12pm (Monday to Friday) will be delivered in the next 2 working days**

    Step 6. Have your original identity document(s) at hand when you receive your foreign currency

    *FX Delivery is available to Absa Gold, Premium, Ultimate, Ultimate Plus, Private Bank and Wealth clients only.

    ** Subject to availability of the currency and amount requested.

  • Be safe

    What you need to do when you receive your forex:

    • Schedule your forex delivery with CCD Couriers
    • Make sure you sign for your forex delivery yourself
    • Have your ID book or card ready
    • Ensure the CCD Couriers delivery driver is in full uniform, is able to identify themselves as a CCD Couriers employee with a company ID.
